The cruise was fine, the relax seats on the upper deck were certainly ok. Food was good. The boat itself could use some painting on the exterior, the interior was OK.

Buying the tickets was relatively easy. I liked that tables were already booked when we got on the boat and the food was very good.

Food was great and boat was nice. The entire top of the boat has chairs and sofas to lounge and take pictures while you're waiting for dinner or afterwards. The views from the Siene were amazing. Contrary to the welcome info we received where it said tables on the boat are "first come, first serve" so arrive 30 minutes early, they actually assign you tables beforehand so you're not able to pick where you sit eg. what side of the boat or by a window or not etc.

The food was lovely and we enjoyed the lounge deck and the ability to pop up and down to it between courses. Slight thing we were a bit worried whether y the boat was coming as you haven't arrived until about 6:10 and you told us to be there by 5:45 anyway it was a lovely evening thank you

We appreciated first of all the small scale of the "dinner boat". Further, there were the experienced and smooth service on board, the pleasant "coisière" across the Seine and, although the Théo Boat had no hand in that, the wonderful sunshine. Big and small, we enjoyed it, in every way.

Food was good, and the wine. The cruise was very smooth, and the waiting staff pleasant.

Don't leave Paris without doing this... This is one of the greatest experiences we had while we're in Paris on our honeymoon. From the minute you bought the boat to the minute you leave. It is nothing short of magnificent. The boat is immaculate. The waiters are fantastic. The food was sensational. The wines were great, and the entertainment was exceptional. I could not fault this experience. Well done to all the staff and crew.

Paris herself was the key attraction of this river dinner cruise on a warm Spring evening. Beautiful views across the Seine. Staff were friendly, though there were a few mix-ups with the wrong dishes being brought out on two occasions to both us and the table nearby, then whisked away. The food was generally good.

This was genuiely myself and my partner's hilight of our time in Paris. What a beautiful curise with the sunset and abosulute second to non hospatality! the staff were so accomodating, I had booked the wrong night but they let us in that evening as we were already there. The 3 course meal was outsanding and more than enough wine for everyone! There was also a live singer on board! Genuiely an unforgetable expierence of 5 star delievery!

Everything from start to finish was awesome. Arrived at dock, easy & welcoming , loved our seats by the window, all the food & there was plenty & delicious. Water, wine & champagne was also delicious. All the staff was wonderful & we had a lovely singer with a beautiful voice. Highly recommend, definitely worth the money.

Food was good and the sceneic ride delightful. Gtting to the boat was a nightmare. we had to sqeeze beteween the rails to get in and no good place for taxi or Uber to pick up or drop off

We liked everything. The ambiance, the quality of the food, the service, the live music, and of course, the dinner tour. The schedule is suitable to see the bridges with natural light and to see the eiffel tower without light and with light.

Everything I have to mention that though that Headout info in the app doesn't follow up changes of the schedule The meeting point and the time schedule as well was changed but only the time schedule was upgraded in the app that was very confusing and very very hard to get answers from the Headout team But the cruise was grate and service on board was grate

Everything was perfect! The meal, the service, the boat and the various "stops" at the foot of the main monuments and, last but not least, a trio of top-quality musicians and singers who created a great atmosphere at the end of the trip. However, to fully enjoy Paris and all its comforts, you'll need to take the "bord de fenêtre", which is available at extra cost.

Ticketing procedure easy on line. We thought whole experience was value for money. Excellent meal, very high standard of service from our waiter and wonderful entertainment from singer and guitarist. Though it was a wet night Paris looked amazing and the Eiffel Tower glittered at exactly the right moment. A wonderful memory...thank you!

The cruise is nice. The onboard experience especially the music was great. The service is efficient, however the food was awful and needs lot of improvement. Overall a good experience except for the food.

Nice setting, food was nice

There were several boats at the same pier. It wasn't clear that which boat we were taking and that we had to go to an office to get our ticket validated, then walk all the way back to our ship for the evening. My wife has trouble walking long distances, so this extra walking was hard on her. During the cruise, there were two young ladies with white, backless gowns and long white gloves at the front of the seating area. The very front of the seating area was roped off. During the cruise, these two ladies entered the roped off area and began taking multiple pictures in different poses. They were in this area for a considerable time This was distracting. At one point, an older couple entered the roped off area, so they could take some pictures. They were promptly informed by someone on the boat that no one was allowed inside the roped off area. So, both the older couple and younger ladies went to their seats. However, a few minutes after the crew member left, the young ladies re-entered the roped off area and began taking posed pictures. They were never asked by the crew to leave the area. So, why can a couple of younger, attractice ladies in white, backless gowns allowed to "break" the rules, but an older couple was told to return to their seats. It was disappointing to see the crew discriminate against the older couple. I guess that is okay in France, but it wouldn't be tolerated in the United States.

The views were OK but it would be better with a boat with roof access. It was ridiculous that the waiter pressed out large party to pay a full 20% tip on the total cost of the excursion not just the meal. And he made such an embarrassing scene that we paid it out of embarrassment for him. Terrible service.

The moment we boarded we felt we were on a timer to be sat down, fed, and then ushered off the boat. The waiters did their best and I dont think the timing and set up is their fault. Views are great but overall, I dont think this cruise offers value for money at all.

The meeting point had changed and I was not advised Even though I arrived 30 min prior to departure, there was not enough time To reach the new meeting point so I could make it on time Seine city tours charged me another 100 euros to get on the 8pm tour instead of the 18:00 I was unable to make I would like a refund for at least the 100 euros

the cruise was cancelled by company and we didn't now about that because you didn't warn us by massage or something. i also didn't get my money back.

The piano player was awesome. The food was delicious. The sites were amazing. Best of all we were 5 minutes late because of Olympic construction and they waited on us. Thanks for a great experience.

The place was incredible, mi plan was to purpose engagement to my girlfriend, and as the manager as the waitress help me to do all this possible, finally she said yes, in front of eiffel tower, it was magic. We were unable to have this experience as due to the French police shutting the whole city centre we were unable to access the venue to take the trip! We were not told it was a French national holiday so we were unable to partake.

The trip on the Seine was an unforgettable experience for us! All the staff at Bateaux Parisiens were super friendly from the moment we were greeted to the moment we said goodbye. The service was truly exceptional, our waiter was kind, attentive and helpful. The 3-course menu was incredibly delicious. We had a table right by the window with a great view of the city. Music was playing discreetly and pleasantly in the background. All in all, everything was just perfect, we can recommend the event without reservation and it certainly wasn't the last time we were guests at Bateaux Parisiens!

It was lovely. Our server was fantastic and funny. They accommodated my dietary restrictions (I called to inform in advance). All in all, a must do when in Paris!

The boat tour said that I still owed them money, that you didn't pay them. Even tho I paid the full amount already.

We truly enjoyed the river cruise, the appetizing French Menu meal and the beautiful dessert! The service was timed well with the cruise and the entertainment (singer) was enjoyable as a backdrop to the cruise without overpowering or taking center stage. Thank you!

Wonderful evening, exzellent Dinner and super live Music

On the evening cruise you could hardly take a picture, the interior lights were reflecting in the window, although we had included a photo, we had to pay for it, the food (we chose an extra cost option compared to the package) was ok, nice atmosphere, however much too expensive in relation to what it offers. As an experience, once in a lifetime it's worth it, the second time I wouldn't go.

The route was great, beautiful in the evening with the lights in the city, food was great, staff was kind. One thing (for me) that I didn't like as much. The live singer came around to the tables and got a bit too close, wanted you to sing with her and was singing very loud just in your face, also even tho you signal you don't want and has a conversation going on. I didn't like that, but I saw that a few others did and found her joyful, anyway, only downside for my romantic evening was the too intimate live singer.. and the bit dirty windows as you can see on the picture. In total, a nice experience dining on a boat in the city of light✨

I paid for a premium savoir dinner and the ship indicated that they did not offer that menu and that the company that sold the tickets (i.e. you) were responsible and they could not do anything about it. I paid €310 if I remember correctly when I should have paid €217.

Had a wonderful time, great food and great service

The experience is fantastic, the food is delicious, the live show is spectacular.... However, they should recommend not to ride the bicycles that are at the exit as they have an exaggerated cost for transportation.

I loved everything about the cruise. The meal was amazing and the setting very romantic. The ticketing was very easy to use on the app, and the directions were easy to follow.

The restaurant and moulin rouge were fantastic. The not being able to find meeting point even in a cab was not. Either was the wait in line for over an hour to get into Eiffel Tower. We are elderly with injuries and that is the reason we paid such a huge amount of money for an excursion. To make it easier! We couldn't do Seine River cruise as there wasn't time as we had to rush to catch bus for moulin rouge show. The tour guide gave us refund for that which I believe we have to show you. Then at the end the guide left the bus with just us on board and said driver would drop us back at meeting point however she didn't tell driver this and he dropped us in a quiet part of Paris at 2.30 am in morning. We completely lost and scared. Walked and walked till we found something familiar and then our hotel. Was not pleasant experience!

Dinner auf dem Eifelturm war sehr gut - ein tolles Erlebnis Show im Moulin Rouge war speziell und ausgezeichnet - In der Prestigereise und den Preis hätte die Abholung vom Hotel und Rücktransport enthalten sein -Kombination Fahrt auf der Seine fiel aus Zeitgründen aus und wurde verschoben! -Als VIP Gast über eine Stunde in der Schlange vor dem Moulin Rouge warten war nicht erfreulich

Spending an evening in Paris rolling three of its most famous attractions into one special night out can only make your trip magnificent.

As a first timer, I must recommend this to everyone. Eiffel tower dinner was beyond great, the Moulin Rouge show was awesome and the cruise was just icing on the cake

Easy to get on boat but calendar was in French so I booked the wrong day for dinner. Also, boat should be returning at 5 minutes past so we don't miss the light show at Eiffel Tower that is on the hour.

The venue and food was very nice. Unfortunately the restaurant would not honour the glass of Champagne each that we were expecting and had paid for! Instead they offered wine or beer - I had a glass of wine and my husband got a small glass of larger - not anywhere near the price of two glasses of champagne. We were also seated squashed in between two other tables with couples already eating so they had to stop there meal while we got seated - the restaurant was nowhere near full. When we question our drink options the restaurant manager said it was your error and that the package was not available!!! Very disappointing

The instructions to 'Redemption Point' to get our tickets were not clear. We have been wondering around and didn't know where to get our tickets. We asked several people and everyone was sending us to a different section. Eventually we made it, simply by going to the bistro. Also it wasn't clear if we were supposed to have dinner firts or attending the cruise. It was stressful! Once we sat down to eat, we calmed down and had a fantastic experience. Food was really good and then we went on the cruise. The waiter gave us Bistro's business card so we didn't have to queue- we went firts on the boat!

Excellent value for money, the food was delicious and the experience just flowed so well. The boat trip along the Seine followed by a lovely 3 course meal next to the Eiffle Tower, was a lovely memerobale experience.
